The museum of H.Neuhaus was
founded in the first musical school named after Neuhaus (Kirovograd, Ukraine) and was
opened on April 12, 1981. At first, only one room of the museum existed but as the number
of exhibits was increasing, more space was needed. So, now the exposition is situated in
two halls. The director of the museum is Tatyana Furlet.
The museum carries out great educational work. Every year it conducts "Musical meetings named after Neuhaus", where
outstanding musicians are invited.
